Common questions about hosting, maintenance, rollout, and data handling.

We already have a website. Can we just get the booking system?

Yes. If your current site is working well, we can quote a booking system add-on. We'll review your setup first and suggest the cleanest way to add it.

How does Tier 1 clinic booking work?

Tier 1 does not include a full booking system. The appointment form is forwarded directly to your clinic email. If you already have your own booking platform, we can link or redirect patients there instead. We can also redirect them to your Facebook page Messenger link if that is how your clinic prefers to handle inquiries.

How do updates work on Tier 1 if there is no admin page?

Tier 1 is a simpler clinic website and does not include an admin page by default. If you want to update schedules, doctors, services, announcements, posts, or other page content, just send us the new content and we can update it for you. If you want to manage updates yourself, we can quote that separately.

What if we want a real booking system later?

That is handled as a separate build. If you want patients to book through a real booking system with an admin page and more features, contact us and we can quote the right clinic booking system for you.

Why is there a monthly maintenance fee?

Your website is a live system that needs hosting, updates, and regular upkeep. For Tier 2 and Tier 3, the monthly fee covers the hosting and maintenance needed to keep the booking features running properly.

Can I just pay a one-time fee and host it myself?

For Tier 1, yes. For Tier 2 and Tier 3, we don't recommend it because the system needs proper server and database maintenance. If that is not handled well, the booking features may stop working properly and patient data may be at risk.

What happens if I stop the maintenance plan?

For Tier 2 and Tier 3, the booking engine and dashboard depend on live infrastructure. If maintenance is cancelled, those platform features go offline. Your clinic still owns its domain and original content, but the managed system itself is no longer kept running.

How does payment work?

Payments via Bank Transfer (RCBC/BPI) or Digital Wallets (GCash/Maya Enterprise). We require 50% to kick off the project and 50% upon your final approval before the site goes live.

How long does development take?

Tier 1 (Starter Clinic Website): 7–14 days, and it can be earlier depending on scope. Tier 2 (Website + Booking System): 3–5 weeks. Tier 3 (Custom Internal Platform): 6–10 weeks. These are estimated ranges, and some projects can be finished earlier. Final timeline depends on how simple or detailed your clinic requirements are, and how quickly feedback and content are provided.

How does this save my clinic money?

The main savings come from staff time. Online booking and appointment tracking cut down the back-and-forth, so your front desk spends less time answering routine scheduling questions.

Is my patients' data safe with you?

Yes. The platform is built with SSL encryption and database security that aligns with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012. For Tier 3, we also include Audit Logs, so you can see exactly which staff member accessed what data, which is important for medical audits.

Can we upgrade our package later?

Yes. You can start with Tier 1 now, and when you're ready for Tier 2, we can add the booking system without rebuilding the whole website from scratch.

Can this be customized for my specific specialty (e.g., Dental, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, Derma Clinics)?

Yes. We can adjust the forms and booking categories to match your clinic, whether you are a dental clinic, OB-GYN, pedia, derma, or another specialty.

Do we get to review work before the final payment?

Yes. You review and approve the completed system before the final 50% is due. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

What happens after the project is launched?

30 days of free minor bug fixes after delivery. Tier 1 monthly maintenance remains optional. Tier 2 and Tier 3 monthly maintenance remains required, with hosting, domain, and server covered in that arrangement.
